Josh Patterson, founded Off The Grid in 2012, after spending 20 years in the industry and growing frustrated with having to water down his designs for large brands. Time and again, he saw key features—features meant to benefit you, the end user—cut in the name of cheaper retail price points. He knew you deserved better gear, built without compromise. In 2018, Josh went all in, committing full-time to Off The Grid so he could focus on designing the best possible equipment for you and your adventures.
